Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once an order enters production, it cannot be changed or canceled.

• United States: 3–7 business days

• Canada: 5–10 business days

• International: 10–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier rates.
Items may ship separately.

Tracking

Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for updates.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or duties. Ghost Nation is not responsible for customs delays.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will require reshipping fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with our print partner to assist.
